Meeting Details

 

This page list all of the current meetings that are still considered active in your account.  If have the ability to filter meetings based on date and future, past and today's events to make the list view smaller and easier to manage.  The default on this page is to show all events.

The following explain each of the columns in the list:

Topic - title of the event.
Start Time - Month, day, year and time of day of the event
Meeting Number - a unique number that acts as a PIN number to access the events.
Invited - a quick glance at how many people have been pre-invited to the event.
Pre-registered - a quick glance of how many people have registered to attend the event.
Status - shows if the event has currently started or stop.   A started event means that attendees can join an event.  If the status shows as stop, then attendees can pre-register for the event, but not actually join the event.  They would receive a message saying that the event has not been started yet.
Action - there are three commands under this column.  The first icon allows the administrator to edit the event.  The second icon allow the administrator to delete the event.  The third command allows the administrator to clear content from the event.  The content that will clear are any chat dialogue, any Survey or Poll request that were pushed out.
