Files and Links

This section allow you to add Files and Links to the webinar page for access by the attendees during an event.

 

Files:

To allow a file to be downloadable during an event, click the Add File button.
You much first create a folder to store your file(s) in by clicking the New Folder link near the top of the page.
Type in the Name and Detail of your new folder.
Once your folder has been created, select it from the list.
Select Upload File at the top of the screen to browse your computers hard drive and find the file you wish to upload.
Once uploaded, click the box in the left of the file and choose the Add Selected & Close button.
Note: these files will stay attached to your account so future events you can simply select them to be downloadable without the need to re-upload.

 

Links:

To allow a link to be accessible during an event, click the Add link button.
The pop-up page will list any past links you have made available.
To create a new link select the New Link link at the top of the page.
Type the Name, URL and Detail of the link and select the Save button.
Select the desired link by clicking on the links corresponding box to the left of the list.
Select the Add Selected and Close button.
